NEW POOL CONSTRUCTION LIMITED WARRANTY

S.H. Creel Pools warrants the concrete swimming pool shell to be structural sound for the life of the pool. Structural sound shell implies that the pool is capable of containing and holding water as intended.

All pool equipment purchased and installed by us carries a 3year manufacturer warranty. All other equipment installed is covered by the manufacturer.

Pool plumbing, piping and plumbing accessories, electrical, gas, and all underground installations provided by S.H. Creel Pools are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from plaster installation.

Manufacturer warranty - Stonescapes

Decks, walls, stucco, coping and all other masonry are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from plaster installation. Concrete, wood and masonry products are inherently subject to cracking, checking, discoloration, staining, raising or settling and lack uniformity in color. These conditions are not considered defective.

Implied warranties are limited in duration to the duration of the written limited warranty. No warranty extends to any part of the swimming pool, its equipment or appurtenances thereto which are caused by any of the following conditions or events: Defects, damages or failures

caused by abuse, lack of reasonable care, lack of necessary maintenance, improper operation, vandalism, acts of God or normal wear. Defects, damages or failures caused if the pool is not kept full, if the water table is above the lowest point of the pool, if caused by earthquake, war, earth movement, earth fill movement or of disaster not caused by Contractor such as explosions, wrecking and the like. Defects, damages or failures caused to plumbing lines, filter, motors and pumps by freezing, by substitution or addition of equipment or service not expressly authorized by Contractor which affect the operation or designed use of the pool. Defects, damages or failures caused by surface or subterranean drainage under or around pool or as a result of expansive soil. Contractor assumes no liability regarding determination of existence of expansive soil. Defects, damages or failures caused to the pool or equipment by the use of gaseous chlorine introduced by manual feed, metered by electronic means or chlorine generators. Defects, damages or failures caused by work performed by the Buyer, equipment or materials supplied by the Buyer, any subcontractor or third party hired by the Buyer for work relating to the construction of the swimming pool.
